My gift is to help and encourage others! For over 30 years I have been doing this in the world of business as well. Being a Certified Professional Coach and the CEO of MSS allows me the opportunity - along with my expertise, skills and 13 years of experience in Mental Health - to come alongside therapists and help them manage, grow, maintain and thrive in their private practice.  Understanding the importance of the business component (which is everything on the outside of the therapy room) to private practice and to be successful, I specialize and provide customized and valuable services and results. THIS is what allows the clinician to shine in their areas of there strengths, to get back to doing what they are called to do and to help them once again enjoy their dream! I don't do this on my own and neither should you!
