CLEAR's president, president-elect, and chairs of the DEI working groups share the DEI elements that have come to be included in CLEAR's strategic plan; insights and challenges to CLEAR's DEI journey; and the outcomes so far from the DEI working groups on internal metrics and data, advisory panel, terminology and connections, and external resources for regulators.
