How has the changing landscape of college baseball recruiting: the transfer portal, condensed roster from 40-34 and NIL deals, impacted your approach to recruiting? NCAA rule changes are having a major impact on High School players. What advice would you give high school players and their families navigating the recruiting process today? In addition what is your approach to recruiting the hs player vs juco/portal? What are your goals for the Winthrop baseball program in the next 3-5 years? How do you see Winthrop's role in developing players who aspire to play at the professional level? What impact do you hope to leave on the program and the players you coach?
