There are so many different emotions that are felt when telling others that you don't drink or use anymore. Stress, grief, anxiety, to name just a few.
Today, I want to share my perspective and experience in regards to this month's topic in hopes that it will shed a little light on how I made my way through some challenging conversations about my recovery.
