Steve describes Palmina as a “Californian celebration of the rich, wonderful lifestyle and attitude toward food, wine, friends and family that exists in Italy.” His second project, Brewer-Clifton focuses solely on site-expressive wines from the Sta. Rita Hills appellation using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as voices of place.
