Mary Vincent was a 15 year old girl who had ran away from problems she faced at home. In 1978, hitchhiking was common and in order for Mary to get from Nevada to her grandfather’s home in California- that’s what she chose to do. However, unbeknownst to Mary, the wrong roadside passerby had different plans. What followed was that of pure evil, terror, and also of superhuman strength.
