In 1988, along a peaceful stretch of farmland road in Florida, a war was brewing among two families.

As Peggy Carr and her new husband Pye were focused on raising their rambunctious blended family, their neighbors an elderly couple who lived across the street were determined to live out a peaceful existence. A clash that would ultimately lead to disaster.
