I was really interested in this concept of Uplifts, and I recently started playing around with integrating more Uplifts into my routine. An uplift is a mindful moment of joy in your day. These Uplifts can deeply benefit us by protecting us from stress.

In today’s episode, we’ll be talking all about a daily walk as well as the psychological construct called Uplifts, and I’ll dive deeper into one of the main ways I have incorporated Uplifts into my daily life. We’ll talk about how outside exposure, a daily walk, Uplifts, and how all of these things put together can be transformative for our mental health.
