I reflect on my upbringing and how forgiveness was tied to religious beliefs.  I discuss the importance of acknowledging our own actions and offering grace to others.  I share a personal story of how I used the Forgiveness Decree written by Diana Cooper in bringing life back into my relationship with my daughter.
