Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday! Lately I have really been noticing how my main daily routine has not been too great for my mental health or overall wellbeing. However, I always thought routines were what create successful people. Wether you are self employed or work the usual corporate job, think about how your morning, daily, and nighttime routines are affecting you. Sometimes we do need to change things up and that doesn't mean you are not capable of consistency or success!!
