Hey everyone!
I used to be a "play the victim" type of person, but I grew up! Maybe I was never a bad person, maybe I was just a young girl finding my way. However, I have learned from my past and I have learned that when you are in a rough situation with someone there are three words that I will always recommend using - accountability, compassion, and boundaries. If you want to know what I mean by this then please take a listen at this weeks episode!

Hello my people!!
So, we all know those people who are just so negative all the damn time. How do you deal with them? I have had my fair share with crappy people and I used to let it get to me, but no more! We are not encouraging toxic positivity in this household, but please do not let anyone ever make you feel as though the only way to please them is to be like them. F those people!

Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday! Lately I have really been noticing how my main daily routine has not been too great for my mental health or overall wellbeing. However, I always thought routines were what create successful people. Wether you are self employed or work the usual corporate job, think about how your morning, daily, and nighttime routines are affecting you. Sometimes we do need to change things up and that doesn't mean you are not capable of consistency or success!! Listen to this weeks episode to hear about how my routines affect my days and what is and is not working for me.
Always a pleasure! xoxo
