Down to Earth Conversations

Episode 9 - Blair Ashdowne - Personal and Professional Resilience

Listen Later

Blair Ashdowne is the owner and director of Christchurch business Heat Pumps Now.  We talk about his business philosophies and what makes Heat Pumps Now different to other businesses, including the way he selects his staff and the focus on community and social engagement.  We also spend some time talking about the professional and personal impact of the business nearly going under a couple of years ago and how things turned around.

We also go into emotionally challenging spaces around losing a son during pregnancy.

This is a conversation full of heartbreak and hope.
