Britt toured New Zealand as the vice-captain of the Australian AFL High Performance Academy, captained Victoria Metro Youth Girls to a national title in 2015, and was selected three times for the Youth Girls All-Australians.
She played for Melbourne in the 2015 exhibition match and Vice-Captained Collingwood AFLW in 2018/2019 seasons.
She had a bad run of concussions in 2015 and as a result of the concussions, took a year out of the game before returning.
She made her debut in round 1, 2017, in the inaugural AFLW match at IKON Park against Carlton and after round 6 was nominated for the season's Rising Star award.
