Intuition is that little voice in your head that tells you when something is the right move or not. So often, we suppress this voice with layered expectations from society. My belief is that the more work we do to uncover that tiny voice, the more effective and authentic we can be as leaders. When we access that part of ourselves we can better support an environment where employees can truly thrive and bring their best selves to work!
