Today's show i got the opportunity to interview Carolyn Harvey from ISA Nutrition. Carolyn is the founder of ISA Nutrition and she is also a very successful Masters Physique Competitor. This interview was fantastic because the knowledge she shared with me and Carolyn's honesty. Carolyn has experienced difficult periods in her life around eating disorders but still gone on to achieve great success in her personal life, her competitions and now her successful nutrition company.
