Mel checks in mid week to go through progression ups and down and gives us an account of how the challenge has affected her. We than close out with the end of week 6 wrap up and expectations for week 7, Mel talks how her strength has increased which helps the training and her mentality has improved which helps her at work. She ends the week by discussing how she will approach the last 2 weeks of the challenge and the overall virus talk, how has it affected her challenge.
