In this episode, I take a hilarious (and slightly snarky) look at the army of self-proclaimed gurus who love telling you how to live your life—because apparently, they’ve cracked the code to ultimate enlightenment. Spoiler: they haven’t. I’m here to remind you that your path to fulfillment doesn’t require following some "expert" who’s got all the answers (and probably a questionable Instagram feed). We are all doing the same work regardless of where we are at in this human experience.
