In this episode I cover the fundamentals on how to effectively grow your glutes through resistance training, which exercises to do and why it is more efficient. I then go through how to determine your protein target to maximise glute muscle development (make that butt bigger). I talk about the mistakes I see a lot of females with banded exercises and how this is limited on the development of their glutes and how to get out of it.
