Less is more!
Exercising is not always linear. More exercise does not equal better results. Yes for a performance goal this may be the case but if your goal is to lose weight or drop body fat there is so much more to consider than how much training you are doing.
When I speak with someone who is already training very consistently but has hit a plateu in there training, more often than not I will reduce the amount of training they are doing. Crazy right!! But a lot of the hard-work is often done on the nutrition side and by simply training more we increase the chances of getting hungrier and making rash decisions around food that may tip the energy balance in the wrong direction.
