Interview Preparation - 3 top tips

1. Email Interview information – details about the company, location, how to get there, arriving early, diary management, travel, maps  etc. 

2. Meeting – be sure to meet your candidates, face to face where you can, online if you cant. 

3. Call on the day – this is where a lot of recruiters go wrong. They assume that the candidate is ready, set and arrived on time. This is simple not the case.
