Neil is currently EMEA Head of Talent Services for Korn Ferry Digital. He is a self-confessed fanatic of all things people, culture and change and has been fortunate enough to play senior HR, Talent & LD roles on both client-side (Jaguar Land Rover, Network Rail and the OU) and in consulting with Accenture and Capita, where he headed up their Learning Consultancy. He holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and is a staunch believer that the world (and people and organisations therein) are happier and healthier when they play to their strengths.
