Welcome to Podcast # 9 of the Aligned Professional Podcast! This podcast is going to be dedicated towards how we each can bring our areas of alignment and step into being LEADERS in our field.

1) Have you identified your areas of alignment? If not- go back to my 3 day jumpstart

2) Identify your WHY- (Simon Sinek, start with why)- your why should be driving you. WHY is your area of alignment so important to you?

3) Get REALLY clear and niche down on your area of alignment- e.g, Literacy in Autism, Literacy in PreK, etc.

4) Identify WHAT modality you feel is most resourceful- e.g- are you going to create resources, create videos, or ideas? How will you get the word out?

5) Be a guard to the gates of your mind- especially in times like these

6) Stay forward thinking- seek the opportunity. 

7) CONNECT with others - meaningfully- every single day.
