Boulder Ridge Homes is a dream come true for Gabe and his cousin Nicole.

100 acres in the heart of Hubbards have been in their family for decades, and Gabe's always dreamed of turning his families acres into homes for the community he holds so dear in Hubbards Nova Scotia.

Gabe and Nicole purchased the land from his family a few years ago and immediately went to work at getting the land ready for development. Gabe's background in contracting work through his company Cottage Keeper Contracting gave him and his team the perfect foundation to realize a childhood dream.

Fast forward to today, a few years later and Boulder Ridge Homes will be handing over keys to their very first homeowners in April 2026. A moment to cherish and a moment of accomplishment. As for what the goal is, building good quality homes at affordable prices, with the heart and soul of community at the center of the development.
