In this week’s episode, I wanted to share with you the three stages that I take all of my clients through to heal from a heartbreak. If you have been in a relationship for longer than 6 months, I encourage you to go through these stages to ensure that you are moving forward in a healthy way.
Too many people are quick to jump on a dating app or go on dates again. While this may make your ego feel better, long term this is NOT going to help you to get over your ex. You want to make sure you are doing the actual work before engaging with new potential dates again or you run the risk of hurting yourself and someone else.
