In our first film art style episode, we journey into the world of stop motion animation. This method of animation and its use in film for monster effects goes back almost to the dawn of the medium, but when CGI came around, it lost much of its appeal to Hollywood and became a labor of love for those few that still stayed and moved that medium forward. Here are a few newer films keeping that spirit alive.
