On today's episode of The Momlife Mindset podcast, I dive into some of the big questions to ask yourself when it comes to getting quality sleep. While this seems like a simple, easy thing to focus on - so many of us don't get great sleep. Whether that's because of the stage of life we're in with little kids waking us or we have a hard time falling back to sleep - it's important to remember that working on our sleep can make a massive difference in overall health from the inside out.


If you're working to improve your sleep routine - here are some things to think about:

1. How late in the day are you consuming caffeine?

2. How close to bedtime are you consuming your last meal/snack?

3. What techniques are you using to reduce stress?

When it comes down to it, there's no supplement or nutrition strategy or exercise that can replace what true, quality sleep does for our body. While I know sleep is TOUGH with little babies and unpredictable schedules - there are still little things we can work on in our days to help ourselves rest as soundly as possible.
