Setting Boundaries was something that I just learned was a possibility. I did not know that setting boundaries was something that was necessary to maintain a stable Mental Health for me. Being able to set boundaries with certain people has helped make sure that I can keep control of my life and has taught me that saying "No," should not make me feel guilty. 
Take a listen as I talk about some boundaries that I've set, different kinds of boundaries you can set, and how I am working on making sure that I don't feel guilty over the boundaries I have set because it helps keep my Mental Health at peace.
