Setting Boundaries was something that I just learned was a possibility. I did not know that setting boundaries was something that was necessary to maintain a stable Mental Health for me. Being able to set boundaries with certain people has helped make sure that I can keep control of my life and has taught me that saying "No," should not make me feel guilty.
