About Madhav Dhar
Born in Sharjah, UAE, Madhav Dhar has had over fifteen years of experience in a multitude of industries. Moving to the prestigious Doon boarding School in India in 1991, Dhar looks upon this experience as one that helped develop him to who he is today. Upon graduating in 1998, Dhar continued his A-level studies in the United Kingdom and from there, he relocated to Canada, at the age of 19, to study finance and marketing at Concordia University. Growing up between UAE, India, England and Canada, Dhar was introduced to several cultures that helped him embrace different traditions and ways of living.
Beginning his real estate career in the UAE at DAMAC group, Dhar was entrusted with leading the marketing operations and sales activations across international markets. He later moved to The First Group and was second in command of their marketing department, driving brand development in new markets and managing lead generation strategies which directly impacted the bottom line of the organization.
