This week, Ina is helping out her friend and artist Victoria Monroe with an art gallery opening in East Hampton. Miguel is on the scene creating some show-stopping topiaries and Ina is in the kitchen whipping up a bevy of make-ahead finger foods.

The menu includes grilled lemon chicken with satay sauce, figs with prosciutto, spanakopita, puff pastry cheese straws, and a fruit and cheese platter.
