Hummingbirds, bess, butterflies, and fellow flowers in your field now! They have life experiences that can help us move forward in pursuing our BLOOM moment. The First step is sharing what we’re going through and asking for help. It isn’t easy being vulnerable, but it’s worth it.

Ask yourself these 3 questions:

1. Where am I struggling right now?

2. Who in my field has gone through something similar?

3. When and how will I ask them for help ?
