To celebrate Juneteenth we wanted to spin a wheel that specifically celebrated black horror.
The fates have spoken and we, for the first time ever have pulled a film that we covered for a spoiler free review in 2025.
THATS RIGHT! We're covering 2025's, HIM.
On a second watch we picked up on so much more than we did originally. Upon release, this film received a lot of negativity to which we ourselves could not relate too, between the unsubtle religious iconography and it's frenzied, brutal ending did we still feel the same on the second watch?
