The State of Texas vs Melissa.  This is the case of the first Hispanic woman Melissa Lucio sentenced to death in the State of Texas.  Melissa was the mother of 14 children in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.  The police were called to her house to the scene of a non-responsive 2-year-old girl, her daughter Mariah.  When the child was first examined there appeared to be horrible child abuse which was determined to be the cause of death.  But is that what really happened?
