Did you know that there were states that require you to determine if non-resident withholding is necessary for your vendors, most times prior to the first payment? For the last three episodes, I talked about California, Pennsylvania and Nebraska.  And I originally said there were only 3 states, however, there is one more – South Carolina.  And this one is definitely unique.
