Weight Loss transformation is a a race for the consistent. It is a marathon. The belief that it can be done is the most important part of the transformation. But, where do you start? Do you need the gym? Are accountability partners enough? How do others do it? Weight loss can be achieved by doing a combination of these things or consistency in just one. There is not catchall method that will guarantee weight loss. And with weight loss, your body shape, skin, and mental health can change as well. Be kind, be consistent, and believe in yourself.
