One of the biggest surprises in my healing journey was realizing how much damage I had caused to other people because of my own unhealed trauma. I used to take out my fears, worries, insecurities, and rage out at others simply because I did not know that there was something inside of me that needed to be "fixed."
This goes hand in hand with my episode on "Victimhood," but in this episode, I completely call myself out.
In order to move on and let go, I feel that it is completely necessary to be able to admit your wrongs and to ask others for forgiveness.
Take a listen as I explain one of the most important steps I have had to overcome in my healing journey.
