In this week's podcast, I dive into the reality of balancing motherhood with being a CEO of a very business. While I wouldn't trade anything for the world, I also don't want social media or the glamorized "mom boss" life to fool anyone.

Codinha Chocolate (its two businesses) came from a lot of work, sacrifice, dedication, and honestly, has been several huge learning lessons. And I think that as a woman, we sometimes take on everything put on us sometimes because of societal expectation or because we feel we simply have to. 

In this podcast, I salute you, moms. It has not been an easy road at all, and I just wanted to share that it's okay for you to hang up your CEO pants from time to time to simply just take care of you.
