Permission To Be Human - the podcast

episode 99 - UNLOCKING YOU: A Self-Coaching Series: What If It Was Possible?

Listen Later

Welcome back to Unlocking You: A Self-Coaching Series! So far, we’ve explored checking in with yourself, getting clear on what you truly want, and stepping into the question, What if it was possible? But often, as soon as we allow ourselves to dream, something else shows up—resistance, fear, self-doubt.

In this episode, we’re gently exploring what’s holding you back—not with judgment, but with curiosity. Because when we can name our barriers, we can start to loosen their grip.

Through a powerful visualization exercise, you’ll explore:
✨ What obstacles might be standing between you and what you want
✨ How to notice these blocks without judgment
✨ What your fears or doubts are trying to tell you
✨ How to begin externalizing and making sense of them

No pressure to fix anything—just space to notice. And when we notice, we create the possibility for change.
