Gregg Weltz has been a close friend for almost 8 years.  Even though we are many miles apart and we don't see each other regularly, we still are able to connect and talk about our shared experiences as if they are still happening today.  Gregg coached alongside me in Uganda, and he invested almost all of his time and energy into the school where his son was attending.  Today's episode is to hear about his experiences and to try to see international schools through the lens of the parent.
