In this episode of Hey Sister, you’re going to meet a sweet friend of mine, Cherry Hardcastle.
To know her is to LOVE her and she is so easy to love. She’s made out of this stuff. She is a true Child of God, because she’s made in His image and God is love and so is Cherry Hardcastle.
We talk about her legacy, where she came from, she comes from a long line of Jesus loving people in her family and she’s come all the way from Arkansas to Colorado and all the way back to Arkansas. She’s raised two families. God has blessed her with adult children, and we’ll talk a little bit about that. We’ll talk a little bit about how she trusts God in her walk, and the many twist and turns that her life has brought her.
But above all she’s a lover of Jesus, and she’s a really good friend of mine, and I’m so excited to introduce to you Cherry Hardcastle…

Recipe: Chocolate Ice Cream
Using your blender:
1-(13.5oz) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated overnight)
1 C raw unsalted cashews, (soaked in advance, drained and rinsed)
1/2/ C unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 C pure Maple Syrup
1/4/ C Melted Coconut Oil
1.5 Tbs pure Vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp fine salt
Blend until smooth. Put into freezer container. Once frozen, Enjoy! This IS Cherry Hardcastle approved:)
