Miriam Illes was a beloved wife, mother and Sunday School teacher living in the small hamlet of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She had moved there to support her husband Richard, a local successful heart surgeon but the couple had recently divorced.

Then one evening, in 1999, tragedy struck and ruined life for the Illes family. It would take police across the country on a multi-year journey to solve this case.
