In this week's episode, my special guest is Charlotte from Charlotte Lane Coaching and Club Energy Retford.
We discuss the myths, how gyms have changed over time, and how much you should exercise when you're getting older and hitting the period of menopause and menopause.
I talk about feeling old and walking around like an old lady with dodgy knees and whether weight/strength training helps with the bone density loss.
I also ask Charlotte how on earth do you keep people motivated to exercise without wanting to punch you in the face.
Okay, yes, I'm a fast-results girl...I want instant results after one day exercising and still eating a McDonald's. So apparently, you've got to push past the first two to three months !!
Do you have anxiety or stress? Exercise and getting fresh air do help. ..so get your trainers on girl!
