In this episode, Joe is catching up with Dave on the first of many "from the road" updates as Dave works his way across Canada seeking to break the trans-Canadian running record.  Dave describes the difficulty that he faced in the first 12 days with rain, headwinds, a cold, and lots of hills.  He tells how he is feeling strong and ready for all that is to come.
