In this episode you will meet my Delightful friend, Yesenia Dalton. She is such a delight! She and her husband, James came into our lives a few years ago. They are superb individuals, but together they are Uber Superb! She introduces she and her husband as Yesi & James - the “Dalton Gang”. Yesi is AWARD winning in business, but more importantly she is “Knocking it out of the park” for the Kingdom! This is a Sister you definitely want on your team! And did I mention, SHE IS A DELIGHT!!!

1 lbs FROZEN fruit

1/2 C. Maple Syrup

1/2 C. Ricotta Cheese

Food Processor, Ninja/Bullet, or Blender

Blend, Blend, Blend…ENJOY! You are WELCOME!

Our favs are: Strawberry, (organic)Lemon, Pineapple, ORANGE

(You’ll have to freeze your citrus beforehand. “Cuties” (Mandarin) are the tastiest.
