If you make the decision to lead a life of expansion and growth (rather than contraction and less) you will encounter some resistance from SOME of your so called friends. They will be uncomfortable with the new version of you. They won't understand why the things that used to amuse you or thrill you no longer do so. They will want to keep you where you are, or bring you back to where you were, and in this sense seem to be against you. They're not. And they haven't suddenly become bad people. They just innately know that unless they transform as well they will ALWAYS be UNCOMFORTABLE around you and thus will see less of you. Thank them, don't hate them, for acknowledging your growth... and then keep going!
