I met Shannon Hobbs-Beckley at a conference in DC.  I remember her talking about her passion for leading teachers, specifically in the realm of Coaching.  As I began to understand a little bit more about her role at Graded American School, I was intrigued by the school's decision to hire Deeper Learning Coaches.  This move was fascinating, and it shows a true commitment to effective teaching and learning.  I am so excited that Shannon was able to join the podcast to share a little bit about her personal journey with Coaching and the journey that Graded is beginning this year with Deeper Learning.
