**ATTENTION: please be sure to listen to the trigger warning in the beginning of this episode all the way through. While I have turned on the explicit content warning for the public, it’s not the language but some of the graphic elements of this episode that may be a concern . Death, sexual assault, child abuses are some of the themes you will encounter.
I have deliberately formulated the way I’m speaking about these topics that in effort to mitigate as many triggering elements as I possibly can, but there are some graphic details that you may find too disturbing to endure. If you wish to hear the rest of the episode while avoiding the graphic aspects please skip starting at the 35:38 mark and come on back at 38:45.
Please use your best discretion and discernment when engaging with this episode. If you or someone you know may be experiencing abuses, please seek out qualified professionals to aid you.

Respectfully and lovingly,
Sunny
In this installment of Sunny’s Gigantic journey, we delve into the most formative time of a human life… the first five years.
As was the case for a good many Gen X babies, those years were marked by a cacophony of “fly by the seat of your pants” / narcissistic parenting, disturbing lack of supervision or engagement and of course… it wouldn’t be a Gen X childhood without hose water. But for Sunny, she had to navigate the additional crises of surviving horrific events all while being gaslit about her adoption and birth origin, lied to about her connection to the strange people she was forced to serve and to call “family” and find hope in the incredible good fortune she had meeting some of the most powerful, loving and inspiring influences on the incredible woman she is today. Please… Listen responsibly.
