I talk about how I handle my well being in and outside of the grooming salon. Grooming is a high-pace, high-stress job. We work closely with live animals, sharp objects, and of course people. Sometimes we are so busy taking care of others that we forget to take care of ourselves. This can also apply to anyone in any service industry who is feeling frustrated and burnt out at work.
