spring cleaning, anyone??
while i recognize that in the SOUTH, seasons may not mean as much... one thing i really enjoyed about living in Maine was the very clear and real shift, as a season turns.
its technically spring until June 22, so we're in PERMISSION TO BLOOM season (8th year running? on that concept, alone?? meaning: every Spring, for atleast 8 years, i oscillate with, promote, and reflect upon this notion) AND its objectively (widely recognized as) time to clean.
we organize, sift, sort. we're thankful its warm enough to OPEN A DOOR (dafuq? in Florida its too hot to open a door sometimes, in Maine its way too cold all the HEAT will escape).
Flowers do not wait for permission to bloom, and yet we all know it can often be a deficit to be considerate. we know that people who lack intelligence, respect, etc. dont often doubt themselves.
in fact: being self conscious is in part a reflection of not only a considerate spirit, but an educated one. there's many ways we say this, I'm sure yall have heard this before:
"The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence." – Charles Bukowski
anyway: perspective
