We are back at it again this week! On this week’s show, Alex talks about the tour he took
through the Coors Brewery in Denver. Then, we sample some of his suggested Coors brand
beers as a pairing with the St. Louis style ribs Kevin has smoked. Brad, our BBQ expert joins us
again and offers his great BBQ wisdom about this pairing as well as some other tips. Smoked
meat and beer, together again for a delicious pair.
