The Direct Selling News(DSN) recently conducted a study under their CCR(Customer-Centric Recognition) program, to promote customer-centricity in the direct selling industry. This program recognized the approach that direct selling companies had taken towards achieving a better customer-distributor ratio and classified them into two lists namely, Platinum and Gold. The Platinum List of companies includes ACN, Bhip Global, It Works!, Nu Skin, Kynect, Scentsy, Le-Vel, and Usborne. These companies qualified to the list as they had a minimum of 10 customers under one distributor. For companies to qualify under the Gold List, they are required to have 5-10 customers under one distributor. These companies are MONAT GLOBAL, Neora, Perfectly Posh, and Total Life Changes.
These companies have put an enormous effort into delivering the best experience to their customers in terms of quality of products/services, customer privacy, business campaigns, transparency, digital infrastructure, compensation plans, range of products, marketing network, etc. Direct selling continues to emerge with brilliant marketing strategies, to serve the customers and to empower the distributors.
